We are seeking a skilled Battery Assembly & Gear Fitting Technician to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) Manufacturing team at Matter Motor. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling EV scooter battery parts and components, performing gear fitting and installation, and ensuring the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of mechanical or assembly work, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in shifts. Experience in EV manufacturing is an advantage, but not required.
As a Battery Assembly & Gear Fitting Technician, you will be working in a fast-paced production environment, using basic hand tools and assembly equipment to assemble and install EV scooter battery parts and components. You will be responsible for checking battery connections and fitting quality, ensuring proper alignment and safety standards, and supporting production and assembly line operations.
