Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with storage technologies, SAN/NAS administration, backup solutions, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support enterprise storage systems (EMC Dell, NetApp, HPE, IBM, Hitachi, or Pure Storage).
- Manage SAN/NAS environments, storage provisioning, zoning, masking, and LUN management.
- Configure and maintain Fibre Channel and iSCSI storage networks.
- Monitor storage performance, capacity utilization, and implement optimization strategies.
- Perform storage provisioning, migration, replication, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot storage, SAN, and backup-related issues with minimal downtime.
- Work closely with virtualization, Linux, Windows, and database teams to support infrastructure requirements.
- Implement storage security, high availability,



and business continuity solutions.
- Create and maintain storage documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Participate in production support, maintenance activities, and on-call rotations.

Required Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in Storage Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM Storage, Hitachi, or Pure Storage.
- Strong knowledge of SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, RAID, LUN, Zoning, and Masking.
- Experience with storage replication and disaster recovery technologies.
- Knowledge of backup solutions such as NetBackup, Commvault, Veeam, or Avamar.
- Experience with VMware, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Familiarity with storage monitoring and capacity planning.
- Good understanding of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is an added advantage.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud storage (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies.
- Relevant storage or infrastructure certifications are preferred.
