Role Description The Fabrication Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role oversees daily fabrication activities, including planning, organizing, and monitoring production workflows to meet project timelines and quality standards. The Fabrication Supervisor coordinates welding and assembly operations, allocates tasks to fabrication teams, and ensures adherence to safety protocols and company procedures. This role involves inspecting work for compliance with drawings and specifications, resolving operational issues on the shop floor, and maintaining accurate records of materials, labor, and production.



The Fabrication Supervisor also supports team development through on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and task coordination in a fabrication or industrial setting.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, with experience in inspection, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Production Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess Welding-related skills, with knowledge of common welding processes, fabrication techniques, and metalworking practices.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, including the ability to coach team members, deliver practical instruction, and support skill development.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in steel fabrication, pre-engineered buildings, or industrial construction is highly beneficial.
- Robust communication, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with basic computer tools for reporting and documentation are advantageous.
