experimenting with the latest creative tools, you'll fit right in.

What You'll be Doing-

Video Editing

• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.

• Create high-retention edits using transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound

design, and pacing.

• Repurpose long-form content into multiple social-first assets.

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.

• Leverage AI tools to speed up workflows and elevate content quality.

Graphic Designing

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, and promotional assets.

• Create marketing collateral for digital campaigns, website banners, emailers,

presentations, and other brand requirements.

• Maintain consistency across all visual communication while continuously improving

the brand aesthetic.

We're looking for someone who

• Has 2–4 years of experience in video editing and graphic design.

• Understands what makes content perform on Instagram,



YouTube Shorts, and other

social platforms.

• Has a strong eye for storytelling, composition, typography, color, and visual

hierarchy.

• Can manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

• Is proactive, collaborative, and enjoys experimenting with new creative formats.

Essential Skills

Editing & Design

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• CapCut (preferred)

AI & Creative Tools

Experience with tools such as:

• Runway

• Google Veo

• Kling AI

• ElevenLabs

• Envato

• Midjourney / ChatGPT / other AI creative tools (a plus)

You don't need experience with every tool, but you should be comfortable learning and

integrating AI into your creative workflow.

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked with travel, lifestyle, D2C, or consumer brands.

• Can create motion graphics and text animations.

• Stay updated with Instagram trends, viral formats, and editing styles.

• Enjoy taking ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
