Project Role : Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:

This role will primarily support the Project Cost Control team by troubleshooting ECOSYS data issues, maintaining configurations, and developing reporting solutions. The environment is heavily customized and built around the ECOSYS Contract Module.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Technical Skills

Configuration of Spreadsheets, Forms, Action batches, Actions and Reports based on business requirements.

Migration of data from lower environment to Production.

Comprehending the integration of Ecosys between Coupa and SAP.

- ECOSYS Functional Expertise
- Strong familiarity with the ECOSYS Contract Module
- Experience working in heavily customized ECOSYS environments
- Understanding of multi-model data sets, including:

i. Cost Objects

ii. Tasks

iii. Transactions

- Knowledge of ECOSYS security models, specifically:





i. Security Based on Contracts and Scopes of Work

- Data Analytics & Troubleshooting
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to review, manipulate, and troubleshoot ECOSYS data
- Experience identifying missing or incorrect data attributes that impact reports and screens
- User & System Support Responsibilities
- Updating user security access to add Scopes of Work
- Creating recent E security groups as new Scopes of Work are added
- Creating and maintaining:

i. WBS structures

ii. Contract lines

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon EcoSys.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve complex issues.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hexagon EcoSys.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
