Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the design and delivery of learning and development solutions that support business priorities, workforce readiness, and leadership development
- Serving as a strategic advisor to business and talent stakeholders to align development priorities, required skills, and multi-year learning strategies
- Overseeing end-to-end program management, including planning, delivery, vendor coordination, facilitator management, participant experience, and operational efficiency
- Using data, budget management, and forecasting to evaluate impact, improve program effectiveness, and support responsible financial stewardship
- Leading and developing team members through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and continuous upskilling

The team

The USI G&D; leadership has noted the significant growth of the function (CAGR growth of more than 20% Y-o-Y), and acknowledged the need for developing high caliber,



professional services leaders to manage a profitable and client centric practice. This team architects the development experience and solutions for the professionals working in India in Deloitte's Consulting business.

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Gurugram/Kolkata

Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Qualifications

Required:

- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in learning and development
- Experience managing teams
- Experience designing and delivering learning, leadership development, or workforce development programs
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business, talent, or human resources functions
- Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously

Preferred:

- Experience in consulting or professional services
- Advanced degree in training and development, human resources development, education, or organizational psychology
