We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that support our business goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our leadership team, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's vision and values. This includes managing the recruitment process, coordinating with department heads to assess staffing needs, and ensuring proper onboarding and induction for new employees.

The HR Manager will also act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, and ensure positive employee relations through conflict resolution, mediation, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will design and implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and support to managers and employees regarding performance reviews and goal setting, and manage performance improvement plans and address underperformance issues.

The HR Manager will also oversee payroll processing, ensure that compensation is competitive and aligned with industry standards, administer employee benefits programs,



and conduct salary reviews and adjustments in line with company policy. Furthermore, the HR Manager will ensure that the organization complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records, and ensure confidentiality.

The HR Manager will also draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensure that all employees are aware of company policies regarding behavior, attendance, and workplace expectations, and collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals. Additionally, the HR Manager will implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and employee development, forecast future HR needs, and plan accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should also have experience with HRIS systems, performance management software, training and development platforms, payroll processing systems, and benefits administration software.
