Position - Retail Store Manager – Jeans Casuals

Location - Vegas Mall, Delhi

Preferred Candidate - Female Staff Preferred

Any Ladies Jeans / Casual Wear Brands

Experience Required - 4 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall retail store operations efficiently.

Handle sales targets and ensure achievement of store revenue goals.

Supervise store staff and monitor daily activities.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Maintain visual merchandising and product display standards.

Handle stock management, inventory control, and replenishment.

Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and store operations.

Manage billing, cash handling, and store reporting.





Ensure discipline, grooming, and smooth functioning of the store.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in apparel retail industry.

Experience in Jeans & Casual wear segment preferred.

Strong leadership and team handling skills.

Valuable communication and customer management skills.

Knowledge of retail operations, POS, and inventory handling.

Presentable personality with sales-driven approach.

Qualification

Graduate preferred.
