As a Centre Manager / Head, you will be responsible for the entire Centre Operations and managing the team. You will be the single point of contact for parents and team, responsible for conversions and admissions.

You will be working with a team of experienced educators and will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for the children. You will be expected to handle walk-ins and convert them to admissions, and will be the primary point of contact for parents and team.

You will be required to have excellent interpersonal skills, high level of customer orientation, self-driven and attention to detail, high sense of ownership and responsibility, problem-solving ability, and be a team player.



You will also be required to have working knowledge in Early Childhood Education, be tech-friendly, and have Microsoft Office skills with a flair for numbers.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be required to be proactive, take initiative, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in managing operations from education / retail / healthcare domains, or have experience in customer-facing roles from other industries. You will be expected to be able to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with parents and team.
