Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop fixtures, gauges, and tooling components.

 Create 3D models and detailed drawings using CATIA software.

 Prepare manufacturing drawings with proper dimensions and tolerances.

 Coordinate with customers to understand specifications and project requirements.

 Ensure all designs comply with customer standards and engineering practices.

 Participate in project planning and execution activities.

 Develop standard tooling configurations and support continuous improvement

initiatives.

 Support manufacturing and production teams during tool development and

implementation.

 Maintain design documentation and revision records.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product and process improvement.
