The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in website management, digital marketing, and e-commerce, with expertise in CMS platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing landing pages, collection pages, and campaign pages, while coordinating with marketing and design teams for timely website updates and campaign launches.
You will also be responsible for performing regular website quality checks (QC) to ensure an error-free user experience, monitoring website content accuracy, image quality, links, and page functionality, and maintaining consistency in website content, layout, and branding across all pages.
Additionally, you will ensure timely updates of promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal collections,
work closely with internal teams to execute website-related tasks efficiently, and support ongoing digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
Track and report website issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
