XYXX Apparels Private Limited is India's largest home-grown comfort wear brand. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Jr. Accountant Executive to join our team in Surat.

The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, invoice entries, billing processes, and maintaining accurate financial records.

As a Jr. Accountant Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial operations and contributing to the growth of our business.

You will be responsible for managing invoice entries, sales entries, and purchase entries in the accounting system, preparing and processing billing accurately and on time, maintaining proper accounting records and documentation, reconciling accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer statements, handling day-to-day accounting activities and supporting month-end closing, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies, generating reports using Excel and MIS tools as required, and coordinating with internal teams for payment follow-ups and documentation.





You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our financial data.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of accounting principles and overall accounting processes, proficiency in MS Excel, experience in invoice processing, sales & purchase accounting, and billing, good analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail and accuracy in work, and knowledge of accounting software/Tally/ERP.
