The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound collection calls, following up with customers for pending payments, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining professional communication.

The successful candidate will be a solid communicator with excellent negotiation and listening skills, and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Collection Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments and dues, following up regularly with customers to ensure timely collections, and maintaining accurate records of calls, payment updates, and customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a team player, with experience in telecalling or collections being an added advantage.





The Collection Telecaller will work closely with internal teams for payment reconciliation and issue resolution, and will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection targets.
