The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in tile product development, finished product sourcing, supplier management, and market trend analysis within the ceramic/tile industry.
The candidate will play a key role in developing innovative tile products aligned with market trends while ensuring efficient sourcing, quality compliance, and supply chain stability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities, analyzing competitor products and customer preferences to inform product development initiatives, and leading tile formula development, color matching, and process parameter settings.
They will also be responsible for handling production-related technical aspects, including forming, glazing, and firing processes,
coordinating with manufacturing units to resolve technical challenges during product development, and managing sample development and testing processes.
The candidate will ensure that products comply with domestic and international quality standards and will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in materials science, ceramic engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development and sourcing.
They will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
