Key Responsibilities
Handling Costomer inquiries via mail,call,email,chat
Providing product/services guidance helping customers understand how to use products or services.inclunding troubleshooting
Maintaning customer records documenting interaction ensuring customer satisfaction following up with customer to ensure their issues are resolved or not
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment coordination,
