Key Responsibilities:

▪ Own and drive end-to-end delivery across all projects, programs, and service

engagements.

▪ Act as the single point of contact for all customers, managing escalations and ensuring

superior client satisfaction.

▪ Build and maintain solid relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders across

customer organizations.

▪ Establish and enforce robust governance frameworks, including periodic reviews,

dashboards, and structured reporting.

▪ Ensure strict alignment between commitments and delivery with zero tolerance for

slippages.

▪ Lead all customer review forums (weekly reviews, monthly reviews, QBRs) with

complete control and clarity.

▪ Independently manage and close escalations without requiring leadership

intervention.

▪ Own and drive service revenue targets, including AMC billing, support contracts, and

project-linked revenues.

▪ Ensure timely billing, milestone tracking,



and revenue realization across all

engagements.

▪ Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, and Operations to ensure seamless transition from

order booking to execution.

▪ Build, lead, and mentor high-performing project and program management teams.

▪ Track and monitor project health through KPIs (cost, timelines, quality, customer

satisfaction).

▪ Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery

and revenue.

▪ Optimize resource planning, allocation, and utilization across projects.

▪ Drive standardization of delivery processes, tools, and best practices.

▪ Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and internal governance

standards.
