We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for automotive components and vehicle assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality control.

This role will play a critical part in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing production workflows and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost reduction. They will also be responsible for monitoring process performance using KPIs such as cycle time, rejection rate, OEE, downtime, and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have experience with root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA, SPC, and Kaizen.



They will also be responsible for implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, design, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and TPM.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field and a bachelor's degree. They will also have 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.

The salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per year, paid monthly. The company offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
