Munim is seeking an experienced Team Lead with expertise in Node.js and React.js to lead high-impact product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong backend and frontend development capabilities, experience leading engineering teams, and domain expertise in Accounting or GST-related platforms.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end development activities, collaborating with project stakeholders, and providing technical mentorship to development team members. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, monitoring system performance, and optimizing applications for scalability and reliability.

You will work closely with project stakeholders and sales teams during project scoping and planning, and participate in architecture discussions, system design, and development planning. You will also ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and code quality benchmarks,



and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
