We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee our financial accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing GST/TDS filings, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, with expertise in GST and TDS, and experience in the real estate industry.

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights to support business growth.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger management, MIS reporting, and financial statements.

You will also oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, handle GST computation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance, and manage TDS deduction, payment, return filing, and compliance.

Additionally,



you will coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits, ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions, and monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget adherence.

You will work closely with project teams to manage real estate-specific accounting entries, assist in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, and maintain strong compliance with company policies and government regulations.
