The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling city-level sourcing operations, ensuring zero idle fleet, and driving revenue growth through effective driver onboarding and deployment strategies. A robust focus on Cost per Hire (CPH) and operational efficiency is essential.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead and manage a team of 10+ field recruiters and tele-calling executives to achieve city-level sourcing and onboarding targets. You will ensure zero idle vehicles at depots through strategic sourcing and deployment planning, own the end-to-end driver onboarding process, and collaborate closely with City Operations teams to align sourcing efforts with operational requirements.





You will also partner with the central sourcing team for support, escalations, and process optimization, conduct daily performance reviews, and engage regularly with the driver community to generate organic leads and referrals.
