We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that support our business goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex labor laws and regulations.

As a key member of our leadership team, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. This includes managing the recruitment process, coordinating with department heads to assess staffing needs, and ensuring proper onboarding and induction for new employees.

The HR Manager will also act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, and ensure positive employee relations through conflict resolution, mediation, and maintaining a healthy workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will design and implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and support to managers and employees regarding performance reviews and goal setting, and manage performance improvement plans and address underperformance issues.





The HR Manager will also oversee payroll processing, ensure that compensation is competitive and aligned with industry standards, administer employee advantages programs, and conduct salary reviews and adjustments in line with company policy. Furthermore, the HR Manager will ensure that the organization complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality, and manage workplace health and safety initiatives.

The HR Manager will also collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals, promote a culture of work-life balance, wellness programs, and mental health awareness, and organize team-building activities and events to foster collaboration and morale.
