The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing GST/TDS filings, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in real estate accounting.

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger management, MIS reporting, and financial statements. They will also oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, handle GST computation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance, and manage TDS deduction, payment, return filing, and compliance.





The Account Manager will work closely with project teams to manage real estate-specific accounting entries and assist in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. They will also maintain strong compliance with company policies and government regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, with a minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Real Estate industry. They will have strong expertise in Financial Accounting, GST, and TDS, and proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or similar tools.

The Account Manager will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
