Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Manpower & Security Vendor Finalization and Management

* Handling HR Legal Compliances – PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity

* Knowledge of Standing Orders Act & Contract Labour Act

* Managing Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR)

* Ensuring smooth HR operations in warehouse/3PL setup

Candidate Profile:

* Experience: 10+ years in HR (Logistics/Warehousing/3PL preferred)

* Must have handled multi-location / multi-branch operations

* Experience managing 1000+ manpower

* Solid knowledge of Labour Laws & Compliance

* Expertise in vendor/contractual manpower handling

* Excellent communication & leadership skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
