Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Passenger Transport: Picking up and dropping off passengers at requested destinations safely.
2. Safe Driving: Adhering to all traffic laws and road safety standards to ensure the safety of passengers and the vehicle.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting daily checks on tires, brakes, oil, and fuel, and performing basic, minor repairs.
4. Navigation: Utilizing knowledge of local routes or GPS to find the fastest, most efficient paths.
5. Financial Management: Collecting fares and, in some cases, managing digital or cash payments, and maintaining records.
6. Customer Service: Assisting passengers with luggage and interacting politely.

9. 10. License: A valid driver's license for driving a 3-wheeler/commercial passenger vehicle.
11. Experience:



Previous driving experience, usually 1-3 years.
12. Skills: Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and basic vehicle repair skills.
13. Physical Stamina: Ability to drive for long hours, often in heavy traffic.
