Key Responsibilities
1. Visit assigned restaurants, hotels, and food outlets as per daily route plan.
2. Collect used cooking oil safely and hygienically from customers.
3. Ensure correct weighing and handling of collected oil.
4. Punch collection details in the mobile application accurately and in real time.
5. Coordinate with the CRM team regarding collection schedules, customer issues, and updates.
6. Maintain proper records and acknowledgments from customers where required.
7. Follow company safety, hygiene, and compliance guidelines during collection.
8. Build and maintain valuable relationships with restaurant and hotel staff.
9. Report any discrepancies, complaints, or operational issues to the supervisor.
10. Ensure timely completion of daily targets and routes.
