They will also be responsible for handling end-to-end handover of shipments to logistics partners, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining accurate records of dispatched shipments.

Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will work closely with transporters and delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries, track shipments, and proactively resolve delivery issues. They will also be responsible for updating dispatch status in WMS/ERP systems, maintaining dispatch logs and reports, and ensuring accuracy in scanning and shipment closure.

The Logistics Coordinator will provide dispatch updates and highlight risks proactively to the planning, sales, and customer support teams.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with a valuable understanding of last-mile logistics and dispatch processes. They will also have strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
