We are seeking an experienced Admission Counselor to drive enrolment for Allen Online programs and products across streams (JEE, NEET, 6-10) by identifying potential students and recommending them with appropriate solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Allen Online Programs, digital product & features for students and parents, value proposition and pedagogy, and effectively communicate them to the audience.

The Admission Counselor will represent Allen Online Programs in offline centres, lead, organize and deliver enablement and training sessions, build a robust rapport with centre teams, Samvaad, marketing, BD, in-charge etc.

The role requires ensuring targets for enrolments are met and a healthy pipeline is built and maintained.

The Admission Counselor will also actively plan and participate in field activities to generate leads,



share feedback with leadership on a regular basis to close the gaps and understanding of the market to influence future roadmap, and maintain database and records of the prospects in CRM.
