Job Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to customers for product promotion and sales follow-up

 Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information

 Build and maintain valuable customer relationships

 Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction

 Follow up on leads, pending orders, and customer feedback

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing





 Maintain records of customer interactions and updates

Skills Required

 Good English communication skills

 Comfortable communicating with South Indian customers

 Strong customer handling and convincing skills

 Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette

 Sales-oriented approach with positive attitude

 Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile

 Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Outbound Sales, Voice Process, or Inside

Sales

 Candidates from BPO, E-commerce, Retail, Beauty, or Wellness industry preferred
