We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, specifically in seating, foam, and assembly.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for achieving customer PPM, minimizing rejection, and implementing quality procedures such as FMEA, SPC, and SQC. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and people-management skills.
The Quality Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded. This includes managing skills and records, controlling documents, implementing and auditing skills for sustaining, and monitoring supplier's performance and validation.
The Quality Manager will also support current product development and prepare and maintain records, registers, and other documents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. They will also have experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and SQC.
