Could you be the full-time Site Certification and/or Validation Metier Manager in Hyderabad we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Certification, Authorization, and Validation in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and dynamic team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, quality, and risk management of certification and validation processes at one or multiple sites. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Site Engineering Management, Project Managers, and Test Teams), allocate resources effectively, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying standard processes and methodologies for Certification and Validation, but also managing the team and validation means at the site level.
We’ll look to you for:
- Deploying standard processes and tools to ensure Certification and Validation efficiency
- Developing continuous improvement approaches for the CV organization
- Managing CV staff and validation means across sites
- Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) rules
- Providing Certification and Validation deliverables during tender and project execution phases
- Being the owner of the Certification & Authorization and Validation Processes for one or multiple sites depending on TDS organization:
- During Tender phase:
- Providing tender Certification & Validation deliverables including schedule and quotation
- During Project execution:
- Supporting TVE to meet projects CV QCD commitments
- - Optimizing resource allocation and ensuring the availability of skills and tools
- Leading Return on Experience reviews to drive process improvements
- Networking with peers across sites to share workload and competencies
- Regularly updating KPIs and investment requests to improve performance

- Degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field
- Experience in hands-on activities across multiple projects in railways, automotive, or aerospace (at least 18 - 20 years)
- Proven experience in team and project management (5 to 7 years)
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of train systems, standards, and regulations
- Familiarity with test means and technical management of customers and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities
- Required electrical habilitation level
