Looking to kick-start your career in Engineering Software Support? We are hiring Application Support Engineers to join our team for an exciting on-site opportunity in Lucknow.
Location: Lucknow (On-site)
Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)
Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Mechanical (Engineering Degree Mandatory)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates are Welcome
Key Responsibilities:

- Install and configure ARES Commander software.

- Install, activate, and update AutoCAD software licenses.

- Perform Windchill configuration and provide application support.

- Troubleshoot software installation and licensing issues.





- Assist users with software configuration and technical queries.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth software deployment and support.

Requirements✅ Preferred Skills:

- Mechanical Engineering degree (Mandatory)

- Basic knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or ARES Commander

- Basic understanding of Windchill or PLM concepts is an added advantage

- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and customer support skills

- Willingness to work in office in Lucknow
