About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate C++ & Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and helping students build strong programming, problem-solving, and algorithmic thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on C++ programming and DSA.

- Teach C++ fundamentals including OOP concepts, STL, pointers, memory management, and advanced programming concepts.

- Train students on Data Structures and Algorithms, including:
- Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists

- Stacks and Queues

- Trees and Graphs

- Hashing

- Recursion and Backtracking

- Sorting and Searching

- Greedy Algorithms

- Dynamic Programming

- Time and Space Complexity

- Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and real-world problem-solving tasks.

- Prepare students for coding interviews, competitive programming, and technical assessments.

- Conduct coding tests, assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-solving sessions.

- Explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.

- Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay updated with current industry trends, coding practices, and interview patterns.





- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve students' technical and employability skills.

RequirementsRequired Skills

- Strong proficiency in C++ and DSA.

- Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and STL.

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of competitive programming and coding interview preparation.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to teach students with different levels of programming knowledge.

- Practical, hands-on approach to programming education.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in C++/DSA development, training, or mentoring.

- Teaching/training experience in an educational institute, coding academy, or corporate environment will be an advantage.

- Candidates with strong competitive programming or software development backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications or industry experience will be an added advantage.
