Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Engineering graduates to join Robro Systems as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). This role offers structured training and hands-on experience across Production, Installation, Operations, and Technical Support, providing an excellent foundation for building a long-term career in Industrial Automation and Machine Vision.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the production and assembly of machine vision systems.

- Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.

- Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

- Provide technical support and service assistance to customers.

- Learn industrial automation systems, machine vision technologies, and related software applications.

- Prepare installation reports, service reports, and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with Production, Engineering,



and Support teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

- Continuously learn and enhance technical knowledge through structured training and mentorship.

RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in:

- Mechatronics Engineering

- Electrical Engineering

- Electronics & Communication Engineering

- Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

- Freshers (2025 & 2026 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

- Valuable English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to travel for installation and customer support activities, if required.

- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred

- Internship or project experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, or Machine Vision.

- Good knowledge of PLCs, Sensors, Electrical Panels, or Industrial Machines.

- Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting.

- Passion for learning new technologies and building a long-term engineering career.

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
