We are seeking a high-performing Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and secure software systems. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development and system architecture, eager to shape the technical direction of core products.
Role and Responsibilities
- Architecture & System Design: Lead the creation of end-to-end architectures that are scalable and highly available, ensuring robust security protocols.
- Hands-on Technical Leadership: Contribute directly to codebase by writing high-quality, production-ready code for critical architectural components, dedicating approximately 30–50% of your time to coding.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and uphold coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and promote best practices including SOLID, DRY, and Clean Architecture principles.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend frameworks, libraries, and cloud services to accelerate development and enhance platform capabilities.
- Performance & Security: Optimize system performance through query tuning and performance monitoring, while implementing security measures to safeguard systems against vulnerabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Managers, Dev Ops,



and QA teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level developers, conduct architecture reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 to 6 years of software development experience, with at least 1–2 years in system design or architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one up-to-date programming language such as Java, Node.js, Python, Go, .NET, or C++.
- Solid understanding of microservices, monolithic architectures, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven designs involving Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB, and caching strategies using Redis or Memcached.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), serverless solutions, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
