Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Reconciliation, and Inventory Management, along with sound knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial controls. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoicing, collections, customer reconciliations, and outstanding follow-ups.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including vendor payments, invoice verification, and reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and control Inventory Accounting, including stock valuation, inventory reconciliation, and coordination with stores and operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the general ledger and accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.




- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com); M. Com, CA Inter, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing or furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Bank Reconciliation
- Inventory Management & Stock Reconciliation
- GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
