- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing data models that support business intelligence and analytics.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of data models to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP BW/4HANA with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize modern software development frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to data modeling and system integration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
