Role Description The Steward role at Roastery Coffee House is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, including tables, service areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Daily tasks include supporting the food and beverage service team, setting up and clearing tables, handling dishwashing, and ensuring that cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and ready for use.



The Steward also assists in basic food service duties, replenishing supplies, and following hygiene and safety standards.

This role involves working closely with the service team to provide a welcoming, efficient environment for guests.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact courteously and professionally with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including basic café service standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to participate in and benefit from Training focused on service quality, safety procedures, and brand standards.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines; prior experience in a café or restaurant is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by café operations.
