Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations

Valuable English communication skills are required.
Must be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
Salary
- Base Salary CTC: Approx. ₹ 28000/month
- In-hand: Approx. ₹23,000/month
- Statutory Bonus: Approx. ₹2,000/month
