What will I do?

- This role is responsible for leading, directing and engaging the regional sales team (East Region) to achieve the assigned operating plan
- Focused subsegment approach
- Identifying growing segments within the geography and aligning efforts to capitalize on the same
- Channel management and channel expansion
- Achieves revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiencies targets within the assigned geographical area.




- Establishes high levels of customer satisfaction
- Funnel management with achievement of the set targets on funnel addition and quality of visits
- Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability and responsibility
- Drive sales through NPI and avenues of upgrading customers with S&S; solutions

Qualification & Work Experience, Key Skills /Competencies

- B.E / B. Tech. preferred
- 10+ years of related work experience in handling Institutional and project business
- Experience and knowledge of handling Industrial accounts and understanding of the ecosystem would be preferable
- Proven track record in sales and effective key account and channel management
- Problem solver
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
