Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Job Purpose The Area Sales Executive (ASE) – HCD OTC will be responsible for driving business growth by achieving primary and secondary sales targets, managing distributors, expanding retail and chemist coverage, and ensuring excellent market execution across the assigned territory. The role requires close coordination with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, chemists, and internal stakeholders to maximize sales performance and market share. Key Responsibilities * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales targets.
* Manage distributors and ensure healthy stock availability and operational efficiency.
* Expand numeric and weighted distribution across chemists, retailers, wholesalers, and General Trade outlets.
* Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution of trade promotions.




* Drive new product launches and promotional campaigns in the assigned territory.
* Conduct regular market visits and joint working with distributor sales teams.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
* Ensure timely order booking, collections, claims processing, and sales reporting.
* Build robust relationships with distributors, chemists, wholesalers, retailers, and key trade partners. Experience Required * 3–6 years of experience in FMCG, OTC Healthcare, Personal Care, or Consumer Healthcare sales.
* Hands-on experience in distributor management and General Trade sales.
* Experience in handling chemist, pharmacy, and wholesale channels will be preferred.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving territory growth. Educational Qualification * Graduate in any discipline.
* MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
