Position: ELV Supervisor

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: MEP / Data Centre / Commercial Construction

Experience: 2–12 Years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise installation and execution of ELV systems at the project site.
- Handle installation of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm (FAS), Public Address (PA), Structured Cabling, Data & Voice Networks, BMS, and UPS monitoring systems.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Supervise technicians and workmen to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Carry out testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.
- Review ELV drawings and coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, PHE, and Civil teams.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.





Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of ELV installation and execution.
- Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System (FAS), Public Address (PA), Structured Cabling, Data & Voice, BMS, and Networking.
- Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning (T&C;).
- Ability to read ELV drawings and coordinate with MEP teams.
- Experience in manpower handling and subcontractor management.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–12 years of ELV site execution experience.
- Experience in Data Centre, Commercial Building, Hospital, Airport, Industrial, or High-rise projects.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days will be preferred.
