Responsibilities

- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize performance across various digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage and allocate budgets for marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-informed decisions.

Skills and Qualifications





- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or related field.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance tracking software.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
