- Expertise in tool design and psychometric analysis, including proven experience working with Item Response Theory (IRT PRO).
- Hands-on experience leading assessment initiatives focused on measuring student learning outcomes.
- Solid capability in project planning, coordination, and execution within large-scale assessment projects.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies and education boards.
- Experience in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
- Familiarity with data collection tools, survey platforms, and analysis methodologies.
