Role & responsibilities

- USFDA Experience
- UTL (Air, N2, PSG, WFI, Raw Steam, CT, Chiller, Water Management, etc)
- Compliance exposure
- Energy productive UTL methods
- Administrative management, Internal Auditor, Maintenance of 11/0.433 KV switchyard, Transformer, Electrical panels, UPS, DG set, Chiller, Air compressor.
- Implementation of various automation techniques for machines, system for better and safe process controls.
- Selection & Installation of centralized UPS system of 200 KVA for better control of power.
- Maintenance of utility equipment's like pumps, motors, Boiler, Air compressor, Chiller, Brine plant.
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance activities and possible root cause for repeated problems.
- Review for execution of PM schedule as per plan.




- Implementation of Energy Saving schemes.
- Breakdown Maintenance with minimum downtime in production.
- Installation, qualification, re-qualification & maintenance of various equipments used in API facility like Reactors, ANFD, Tray dryer, sparkler filters, Centrifuge etc.
- Critical & non-critical spares management to minimize the down time.
- Procurement of material, stock and inventory management.
