We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager (SCM Manager) to lead our supply chain operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing processes and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in supply chain operations.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for supply chain enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics strategies.
