We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Safety Operations to ensure that all facilities across India meet the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility. This leadership role involves overseeing safety and sustainability across seed processing plants, farms, and R&D; centers, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols and environmental policies across facilities in India.
- Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with local and international safety and environmental standards.
- Oversee safety operations in seed processing plants, farms, and R&D; centers.
- Promote sustainable practices and drive environmental responsibility initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Provide training and guidance to teams to foster a robust safety-first culture.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Report on safety and environmental metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 7–11 years of experience in safety operations, preferably in the agriculture, forestry, or fishing industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, environmental policies, and sustainability practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Certification in safety management or environmental compliance is a plus.
