*Key Responsibilities*

Manage the complete hiring process for mid-to-senior roles in IT and Non-IT functions
Go beyond standard job boards by using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, employee referrals, and other proactive sourcing strategies
Interview and assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural match
Keep a well-organized, up-to-date candidate pipeline in the ATS so nothing gets missed
Deliver a consistently strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What We're Looking For

1. 4-10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience spanning IT and Non-IT roles
2. A track record of successfully filling challenging positions within tight deadlines
3. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri,



and similar sourcing tools
4. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to guide and challenge stakeholders when necessary
5. Solid organizational skills and self-motivation to juggle several active roles at once
6. A Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration is a plus
