*About The Role*

We are a growing residential projects company looking for a sharp *Site QS* who can own site billing, quantities, and cost control.

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Quantity Surveying & Billing*

- Measure & verify subcontractor quantities for billing and payment

- Resolve site quantity and billing discrepancies

- Verify BOQs, estimates, and executed quantities vs contract scope

- Prepare quantity take-offs for new items/variations + support rate analysis

- Review and certify subcontractor/vendor bills for accuracy

- Monitor material consumption & prepare reconciliation for Steel, Cement, Concrete

- Track work completion vs schedule and flag delays

- Verify contractor measurements before certification

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, PM, and Procurement for quantity issues

- Assist in final accounts and project close-out

- Identify quantity variations, cost overruns and report immediately

*2. Cost & Documentation*

- Maintain updated records: BOQs, drawings, work orders, measurement sheets, bills, approvals

- Track VO,



deviations, site instructions, quantity revisions with approvals

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly quantity & billing progress reports

- Ensure all project docs are audit-ready and systematic

*Who Should Apply*

- 4-6 years experience in *Residential Projects* as Site QS

- Strong in measurement, BOQ, billing, and material reconciliation

- Positive coordination with site team and vendors

- Immediate joiners will be preferred
