About the Role

The Human Loops is looking for an experienced PMO Manager / PMO Head to lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and drive project execution across the organization. This is a leadership role requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution. The selected candidate will be responsible for project governance, team management, day-to-day operations, resource planning, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and manage PMO processes, frameworks, and governance.
- Lead multiple cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Technology, Finance, and Leadership teams.
- Build dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide status updates.
- Ensure documentation, SOPs, and project records are maintained.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Team Leads, and operational teams.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Resolve operational issues, manage escalations,



and improve accountability across teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- 6–8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Solid leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and operations.
- Experience managing day-to-day business operations along with strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with Notion, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background

Experience in organizations such as TCS, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, Genpact, Concentrix, Teleperformance, or similar IT, BPO, or Operations-driven companies will be preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- MBA or PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
