Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee site execution, quality, safety, and project coordination for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in RCC structures, high-rise construction, finishing works, and site management, ensuring projects are executed on time and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution as per project specifications and timelines.

- Monitor construction quality, safety, and compliance with project standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.

- Prepare daily progress reports, site documentation, and MIS.





- Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.

- Support finishing works and ensure adherence to design specifications.

- Assist with project documentation, including basic RERA compliance requirements.

Requirements

- Knowledge of RERA compliance will be an added advantage.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction drawings.

- Solid communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

- Willing to work at project sites in Kolkata.
